The HeartMath® Building Personal Resilience program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching or mentoring with scientifically validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and build resilience. You will learn life-long skills you can use any time to increase well- being, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience.

Highlights
Your HeartMath® coach-mentor, Lisa A. Clayton will introduce you to simple, practical techniques helping you de-stress from challenging situations, big or small. You will learn strategies to build your resilience and boost your ability to “take charge” of yourself by better regulating your energy throughout the day, a key in building and sustaining your resilience.

The individual coaching program includes HeartMath® “Building Personal Resilience” workbook and job aids.

The coaching program consists of 90-minute coaching sessions weekly for 6 weeks with Lisa via Conference call or Zoom.
