Transformation Tools
Expand Your Potential
After many years of professional training delivery and design, Lisa was determined to create a learning model to address the gaps she experienced in corporate training curriculums and program design. Most traditional training and learning programs focus upon one aspect of individual (you) learning, or coaching (others) with separate emphasis on a strategic (process) for culture change. There was yet to be a holistic approach to include all three (you-others-process) in learning development or organizational training deployments. Gaps occurred when there was not a balance of all three; especially during times of necessary change when it became even more important for developing highly productive, happy employees and leaders to work together for better business results.
Transformation Tools
From teaching elementary and junior high school to delivering professional training and coaching corporate executives, Lisa was able to experience the barriers of traditional learning approaches and strategies through low return on training investments and continuous patterns of hopping to another “flavor of the month” training or coaching program that might work better. Throughout her years of teaching and facilitating, she saw the great need for helping individuals perform at new levels immediately after training sessions and sustaining these new levels by using simple, easy, inspirational application tools.
By using Source Potential’s learning model of YOU-OTHERS-PROCESS, transformation tools are created and integrated for reinforcement, sustainability and application of new levels of learning and evolution. Lisa’s creativity and innovative ideas are what makes each transformation tool unique and one-of-a-kind. From individual motivational activities to co-creation and collaboration with management groups and leadership teams, new tools are created with each learning experience or training project.
Transformation tools vary according to the project and customer. A few examples are listed that have been most successful with clients:

Source Potential was founded based upon the concept of human development for expanding potential and evolving self-source. The spiral became the symbol used for demonstrating continuous learning and evolution. This symbol was more than a logo or brand as the ancient symbol of the spiral links to the very core of our existence. It represents our inner journey to self discovery and our outward striving to unite all that is. The spiral and its meaning represents Source Potential’s philosophy and mission for human development and transformation.
Thus, a learning model, based on the essence of the ever-flowing spiral instead of linear results, was created using three levels of for expanding and transforming human potential: YOU, OTHERS and PROCESS
