Source Potential was founded through Lisa's passion for heart living.  Guided throughout the years by Lisa's power of intuition resulted in innovative products and services for human development and evolution.  Source Potential is dedicated to Source-self discovery and learning that starts with activating heart qualities and core values to expand each person's unique gifts and talent into unlimited potential. 

Source Potential was launched in 1999 and was well ahead of its time.  When Lisa presented the concept to her corporate clients for helping individuals discover and expand their potential by knowing, trusting and connecting to "Source-self", eyebrows raised and questions were many.  As the new millennium year 2000 approached, the focus for human development was talent development, talent acquisition and talent retention. Many companies and organizations were yet to be open to heart-focused training with tapping into inner guidance of intuition and heart intelligence.  

Times have changed!  Now, more than ever, individuals, companies and organizations are open to inner Leader qualities by learning the power of heart; its intuition and intelligence and activating fully soul wisdom for creating new pathways for living. Thus the birth of the Inner Leader Movement.
