From teaching elementary and junior high school to training and coaching corporate executives, Lisa broke through barriers of traditional learning approaches and strategies that were typically used. Throughout her years of teaching and facilitating, she saw major gaps in developing potential in each individual with little or no tools to reinforce new skills and learning. In 1999, Lisa developed a learning process enhanced with sustainability tools to help each individual in coaching or group sessions to expand their potential capacity and apply it immediately to their current situations.
Lisa integrates Source Potential’s learning approach into certification processes such as Facilitative Leadership as well as individual coaching sessions.

PROCESS: Encourages each individual how to manage on-going change by expanding performance through activating a plan, creating collaborative relationships and responding to change with clarity and inspiration.
