When we say, “You are the light,” it is not cliché. It is a Universal truth.

In a dense physical body, it’s hard to imagine the invisible.

Light is invisible until it reflects through an object or off an object.

Your reflection of light Within you is your energy field outside the body.

With each heart beat, you send out the invisible light rays.

Light rays carry the frequency of your emotions and thoughts.

Emotions hold more frequency than thoughts.

Why? 

The heart’s electromagnetic field is magnified with each heartbeat.

It can be measured with technology and is scientifically proven.

The heart magnifies up to 6 feet of energy outside the body and it is increasing its bandwidth.

The brain only magnifies 6-12 inches outside the head.

The heart sends more messages to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.

When someone says they can read your mind, they are reading the emotional content of your thoughts as the heart is sending out the message in the electromagnetic field it creates.

Another scientific fact yet it is also a spiritual one.

Your heart is connected to your soul sense Cosmic Heart.

Your soul sense Cosmic Heart is connected to the Universal Cosmic Heart and Mother Gaia’s Cosmic heartbeat.

Your heartbeat connects with the Soul-ar power of Cosmic Heart.

Now, on present day earth, the Cosmic Heart of the Universe and Mother Gaia are radiating to you light frequencies never received.

When you are consciously aware this is happening, you take in this light from Above, Earth-below and alchemize with your light Within.

You become an alchemist of Cosmic Heart light frequencies.

When you work with these light frequencies, your cells regenerate with powerful light.

Your cells become Illuminare healing agents on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

With each heartbeat of light frequency, DNA strands are realigned with the Soul-ar crystalline strands.

You experience a supernal strength and resilience as never before.

The Sun and Sirius are used by Galactic resources to radiate more of the Cosmic Heart light.

Every living soul, plant, animal, rock, water…everything on earth is receiving these light frequencies.

It will feel uncomfortable at first as your dense 3-D body decomposes density and adjusts.

Yet, it is happening and the more you are in an expanded awareness consciousness state, the miracles and magic happen naturally. 

Now the saying, “You are the light,” not only makes Soul sense but is imperative to implement as you evolve your Earth journey.

Your conscious knowing of the light frequency you are receiving, integrating, and radiating will not only change your immediate living world, but the new Earth world emerging.
