When did you recently upgrade your phone, computer or apps? Upgrading technology is an ongoing process as new software and better platforms are created daily. We naturally get caught up in the process of how fast we can upgrade our technology, as we line up hours ahead of new releases in order to speed up our lives of doing.
What about our lives of being? Inner heart technology is probably the most important aspect of our lives to upgrade. Our hearts need constant attention to create more hard drive space in order to download its wisdom and upload new files for listening to its guidance.
Inner heart technology has two operating systems of heart intelligence and heart intuition. Both lead you to who you truly are with greater intuitive capacity and discernment. Both create expansive connections with yourself and others. Their program coding comes from your inner source; your heart’s core values of love, compassion, kindness, patience, trust, peace and others that are aligned with your essence.
Many times I refer to the heart as our GPS system for navigating life and taking a new direction. It’s not easy to take the road less traveled, yet once we make that courageous turn, the real life adventure begins by listening to your heart’s intuition and following it’s intelligent ways.
Lately I’ve been on an inner technology discovery ride since my computer crashed a few weeks ago. It has taught me to take the time to model and teach the importance of activating heart as an important inner leader in our external, fast-paced technology lives.
How will you upgrade your heart’s operating system? What ways will you activate your inner heart leader and let it take charge of your life? Are you ready to receive your inner leader driving manual? It’s guaranteed to be packed full of good routes to take without stopping to ask for directions.
Check out our upgraded road map for discovering your heart’s "Inner Leader" in Upcoming Events and Offerings.
In our technology driven world, there grows an addiction and decline of one-to-one human interaction and communication. How much time are we spending in-person with human interaction and dialogue? How many hours per day do you spend screen scrolling and checking your phone and emails? How much techno-stress do you accumulate in your physiology daily?
Recently my computer‘s hard drive crashed. I was without access to 19 years of entrepreneurship business life and personal documents, files, pictures and more. For 12 days and nights, my life changed as these life lessons came forth:
I woke up with stomach cramps and was nauseous each time I needed to be in front of my computer to input new passwords, download software and restore my operating system fully. There was a deep stirring in my gut for a new way of being. More retreats? More time in nature? More helping others in person? More writing on paper? More review of different ways for being in alignment with Source every minute of living?
After this Angel intervention and awakening experience happened, I immediately got rid of my TV. However, I now realize those screens inside those buildings were also computer and tablet screens. They promote the same addiction, one that reinforces a type of robotic human reaction that I witnessed from above.
For everyone reading, my challenge for you is to give up your computer and tablets for at least 10 to 12 days and experience what happens. You can do most computer functions on your phone yet really only complete what you absolutely need to do; such as follow-up or communications with clients or answering a call.
Practice really, really stepping away. Don’t stop working yet work in a new way. Learn what true balance is in your work day. Set up new systems that aren’t dependent on technology. Walk and move more, type less and record voice memos of your creative ideas and thoughts. Listen to your voice often. Give gratitude for what comes to you through your heart. Feel the difference.
What will you discover in your self-imposed computer crash of life?
